The O2 administration course for 24/11/12 was cancelled and has been rescheduled for 26/1/12 there is room for about 4 more participants and so if you fancy having a go please let Pete know as soon as possible. First Aid for Divers

Congratulations to the 6 members who completed the first aid for divers course in October! Apparently a fun day had by all using various bits of dive equipment to splint and tie up other members.

New Boat

Unfortunately the eagerly awaited new club rib, a 7.8m ribcraft, has been delayed until December whilst Ribcraft fit it out with all of the dive spec accessories ordered. Looks like it will be a chilly first christening for the new boat!

New Treasurer Needed

As some may know our long standing treasurer Martyn has decided to step down as treasurer from the end of this financial year being December 2012. The constitution states that a new officer can be elected at a normal committee meeting if an officer steps down before the AGM. Nominations to the secretary please.

Club BBQ

The club BBQ will be held at the boat shed on Sunday 2nd September starting at 2pm. Members are encouraged to bring along their families and we hope to have an afternoon of games. Expressions of interest to mark tucker aka ‘catering manager’
